Spring 2026 Enrichment Registration is Now Open!

BRAND NEW OFFERING FOR 2’S (Who have turned 3) – Little Lunch Bunch on Tuesdays from 11:15 – 12:15!

Children in the 3-year old and 4-year old classes are invited to sign up for Enrichment offerings. These classes meet from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. each day.

Dates: March 30 – May 15, 2026

Cost: Pricing and number of sessions per class are listed on the form below.

Application Deadline: Friday, March 13 at 10:00 a.m.

Enrichment placement notifications will be sent via brightwheel by Wednesday, March 18.

** Enrollment does not guarantee placement. Enrollment is limited to 16 children per class. Any class with more than 16 registrants will go to lottery for placement. **

Please note: Our Enrichment programs work best for children who can independently use the bathroom. Due to teacher ratios, they are not able to individually remind, assist or manage your child’s bathroom use. They will encourage the children, as a group, to go at the beginning of the session and after lunch. If your child has an accident or soils their diaper/pull-up, we will call you to come and change them. Thanks for your cooperation!

Enrichment Offerings

MONDAY: Games Galore

In Games Galore children will practice turn taking, following rules, fine motor skills, gross motor skill, math and literacy through play. We will begin each class with a read aloud and coordinating games indoors and outdoors.

Cost: $168 (6 sessions)

It's time to shop for a lunch box! Children in our 2's classes who have already turned 3 are welcome to pack a peanut/nut free lunch and stay for an extra hour of fun!

TUESDAY: Creative Dramatics

Whitney Minarik, from the Oil Lamp Theater, will be teaching creative drama enrichment! Creative drama helps build important skills by exploring theatre and what it means to be an actor. Games and activities focus on listening, creativity, teamwork, confidence, and pre-literacy skills, all while having lots of fun and being silly. Participants will practice using their bodies, voices, and imaginations to tell a story created and dramatized as a group. This brand new play will be shared on the final day of the session. Whitney Minarik is the Education Director for Oil Lamp Theater and an actor, director, and teaching artist. For the last fifteen years, she has taught and directed young people ages 3 to 18 all over Chicagoland and beyond. Originally from Detroit, Whitney holds a B.F.A. from Wayne State University and an M.A. in Theatre Education from Catholic University. At Oil Lamp Theater she was last seen in Almost, Maine and directed Cry It Out in winter 2024.

Creative Dramatics

WEDNESDAY: Music and Movement

In Music and Movement children will dance, sing, and play to enhance their gross motor skills, coordination, and balance. Activities will promote social and emotional development through turn taking, cooperation, and self expression. This class will be a fun and engaging way to explore the world around us.

THURSDAY: Cooks and Books

In Cooks and Books, we will blend well-loved children's literature with delicious recipes! Each week the children will be introduced to a new book and participate in a cooking project based on its theme. Cooking encourages children to explore their senses and become more adventurous eaters as they build cognitive skills by counting, measuring, following a sequence, and observing cause and effect.

FRIDAY: Nature Explorers

Celebrate the great outdoors as a Nature Explorer! We will learn about trees, rocks, the sun, weather and more with hands-on exploration all over our beautiful campus. Our spring session often includes LOTS of muddy fun!! We will be spending time outside as much as possible, so children will need to dress for the weather. This enrichment works best for children who enjoy being outside in ALL kinds of weather (or those who are willing to become "outdoorsy"!) We have rain boots!

Enrichment tuition will be processed through your brightwheel account on Friday, March 27. If you would prefer to pay by Zelle, please submit payment to gmpspay@gmpsglenview.com by Wednesday, March 25 to avoid payment processing in brightwheel.
